Gulgong is a township in the Central West region of the Australian state of New South Wales. Together with its neighbour Mudgee, Gulgong offers a fantastic historical heritage and a host of great small wineries.

A former gold-mining town, Gulgong was the birthplace of one of Australia's great 19th century poets, Henry Lawson.
